Refer a childcare or a school to us and get $250 Gift Card
The gift card will be issued and delivered to you promptly after the referred individual has successfully completed their dental service. This ensures that all aspects of their appointment, including any necessary treatments or consultations, have been finalized. Once their visit is confirmed as complete, we will process the gift card and send it to you through the designated delivery method.
